Permitted Ultimate depth of mining is lm BGL and the total quantity of mineral to be mined - Brick earth - 2087m3. 3. On verifying the approved mining plan, it was noticed that the permitted ultimate depth of mining is 1m BGL and the total quantity of mineral to be mined - Brick earth - 2870m3 whereas in thb SEAC minutes, the total quantity of Brick earth to be mined out is typed as 2087m3 inadvertently, instead of 2870 m3.

In view of the above, the Authority unanimously accepts the recommendation of SEAC and decided to grant Environmental

Clearance subject to the conditions as recommended by SEAC & normal condition in addition to the following condition.

1. Permitted Ultimate depth of mining is lm BGL and the total quantity of mineral to be mined - Brick earth - 2870m3. 2. As per the MoEF&CC office memorandum F.No.22-6512017- IA.III dated: 30.09.2020 and 20.10.2020 the proponent shall furnish the detailed EMP,

mentioning all the CER activities as committed. All the CER activity shall be carried out before obtaining CTO from TNPCB.

b. The project proponent shall furnish a detailed action plan for the points raised during the public hearing. 3. On verifying the application and the documents furnished by the Proponent, it was noticed that the project falls under 82 category (and cluster area less than 5 Ha) and hence no public hearing was conducted. 4. Whereas in the minutes of 209th meeting of SEAC held on 09.04.2021, it has been minuted that, the project proponent shall furnish a detailed action plan for the points raised during the public hearing.

2. In the 2l0th meeting of SEAC held on 16.04.2021, the SEAC has recommended the project proposal for grant of Environmental Clearance subject to the {-. Restricting the ultimate maximum depth of mining from up to 2lm above ground level & lOm below ground level considering the environmental impacts due to the mining, safety of the working personnel and following the principle of the

sustainable mining and the same was accepted by the proponent. Consequently, the maximum minable quantities of 95,890 cu.m of Rough stone & 5052 cu.m of topsoil are permitted for mining over five years.

3. On verifying the approved mining plan, it was noticed that the maximum minable quantity for the restricted ultimate depth of 3lm (21 AGL+10 BGL) mining is 110455 cu.m of Rough stone & 5052cu.m of Gravel

leaving the last bench of 10m height as recommended by SEAC. 4. Whereas in the minutes of 210th SEAC Meeting held on 16.04.2021, the maximum minable quantities of Rough stone is inadvertently typed as of 95890 cu.m instead of 110455 cu.m of Rough stone.

In view of the above, the Authority unanimously accepts the recommendation of SEAC and decided to grant Environmental Clearance subject to the conditions (^ 2 MEMBER .ffi*n SEIAA.TN Page 8 of2l recommended by SEAC & normal condition in addition to the following condition.

1. As per the recommendation of SEAC, the ultimate depth of mining is restricted to 31m (21 AGL+I0 BGL) considering the environmental impacts due to the mining, safety of the working personnel and following the principle of the sustainable mining and consequently the maximum minable quantities of 110455 cu.m of Rough stone and 5052cu.m of Gravel are permitted fbr mining over a period of five years.

2. As per the MoEF&CC office memorandum

In view of the above, the Authority unanimously accepts the recommendation of SEAC and decided to grant Environmental Clearance subject to the conditions as recommended by SEAC & normal condition in addition to the following condition.

1. In view of the above, the Authority unanimously accepts the recommendation of SEAC and decided to grant Environmental

Clearance subject to the conditions as recommended by SEAC & normal condition in addition to the following condition.

1. As per the recommendation of SEAC and as accepted by the proponent, the ultimate depth of mining is restricted to 35m (25m above ground level & 10m below ground level) considering the environmental impacts due to the mining, safety of the working personnel and following the principle of the sustainable mining and the same was accepted by the proponent. Consequently, the maximum minable quantities of L,56,420w.m of Rough stone is permitted for mining over five years. 2 As per the MoEF&CC office memorandum F.No.22-6512017-

IA.III dated: 30.09.2020 and 20.10.2020 the proponent shall furnish the detailed EMP,

2. In the 210th meeting of SEAC held on 16.04.2021, the SEAC has recommended the proposal for grant of Environmental Clearance subject to the following conditions among others.

a. Restricting the ultimate maximum depth of mining from up to 51m above ground level & 5m below ground level considering the environmental impacts due to the mining, safety of the working personnel and following the principle of the sustainable mining and the same was accepted by the proponent. Consequently, the maximum

3. On verifying the form-l & approved mining plan, the maximum minable quantity for the restricted depth of 51m above ground level & 5m below ground level is 7,73,600cu.m of Rough stone & 18,880cu.m of topsoil, whereas in the minutes of the 210th meeting of SEAC held on 16.04.2021, the maximum minable quantities of rough stone is

mentioned inadvertently as 7r33,600cu.m of Rough stone instead of 773600 Cu.m of rough stone.

In view of the above, the Authority unanimously accepts the recommendation of SEAC and decided to grant Environmental

Clearance subject to the conditions as recommended by SEAC & normal condition in addition to the following condition.

l. As per the recommendation of SEAC and as accepted by the proponent, the ultimate depth of mining is restricted to 56m (51m above ground level & 5m below ground level) considering the environmental impacts due to the mining, safety of the working personnel and following the principle of the sustainable mining and the same was )4'h MEMBER ,,L#o*n MEMBER SEIAA.TN Page 14 of?l accepted by the proponent. Consequently the maximum minable quantity of rough stone is 173600 Cu.m of rough stone is permitted for mining over five years.

2. As per the MoEF& CC office memorandum F.No.22-6512017-IA.III dated: 30.09.2020 and 20.10.2020 the proponent shall furnish the detailed EMP to TNPCB, mentioning all the CER activities as committed and the concerns raised during public hearing meeting while applying for CTE from TNPCB. 3. The proponent shall carryout the CER activities installation of solar lamps along Village Main Roads Providing Smart Class facilities and improving sanitation facilities at Anaimallur Village Government School for Rs. 3.53 Lakhs as proposed before obtaining CTO from TNPCB.

I 1. The proponent has reported that the remaining land of extent of 4.4455 acres bearing survey

numbers 416 of Amur Village &" 5l5B (Part) of Panchanthiruthi Village were sold to IWs. Sai Education Medical Research & Charitable Trust.

In view of the above, considering the above facts, the Authority decided to request the Member Secretary, SEIAA to address the proponent to furnish the following details and place the proposal in the ensuing Authority meeting.

1. The proponent has to furnish the details of survey numbers with extent village wise as per the Environmental Clearance obtained vide Lr.No SEIAA/TNE 468lECl8Bll22l20l2 dated 0ytl12012.

2. The proponent has to fumish details of land with survey no, extent, village name and owner name to be deleted in the Environment Clearance.

3. The proponent has to furnish the details of land with survey no, extent, village name and owner name to be added in the Environment Clearance. 4. Details of all the land with survey Do, extent, village name and owner name for which amendment is required.

5. The proponent to certify that there is no other changes in details of all the land for which EC amendment is requested as on date.

6. The proponent has to furnish the status of land measuring to an extent of 12.475 acres gifted to TANGEDCO and copy of GO if any issued based on the Gift deed and date of execution ofthe deed.

7. The proponent has to furnish the details of land allotted (survey numbers with extent) to M/s.Daicel Corporation lor setting of Industrial Project of Airbag Inflator Manufacturing unit in One Hub Chennai, Kunnapattu village. Thiruporur Taluk, Chengalpattu District. 8. The proponent to certify that the project proposed by M/s. Daicel Corporation will be established within the land owned by One Hub (Chennai) private ltd for which EC has been obtained.

9. The proponent has to furnish the status of survey numbers to be added in the proposed amendment and to state whether any construction works are available or whether it is vacant land.

10. The proponent has to furnish the status of survey numbers to be deleted from the

I l. The proponent has to give assurance and commitment on compliance of conditions imposed

in Environmental Clearance already obtained by way of giving affidavit stating that there are

no changes either in terms of the development area or any of the activities as per the Environmental Clearance already accorded vide Lr.No SEIAA/TN lF 468lECl8 Bll22l20l2 dated 0lllll20l2 l2.To certify that the industries proposed in the Integrated Industrial Township will not accommodate industries that will attract EIA Notification. 13. The proponent shall state the reasons why amendment were not sought for including

additional survey numbers while applying for amendment in the year 2016 and 2020 in spite of land being procured in the year 2013 to 2020.

14. The proponent to furnish map in A0 size showing:
