Fiscal Year 2018 was a banner year for the NWTF. Every facet of the organization — from the grassroots volunteer and chapter level to our numerous partners, field staff and headquarters in Edgefield, South Carolina — pulled together to turn around a $4.7 million budget deficit at the end of FY2017 to a net gain at the end of FY2018. We did this together by trimming expenses where we could but more so by creating much needed efficiencies and establishing new ways to help fund our great mission.
