John can be contacted during normal business hours at (325) 674-2924. Prompt completion and return of the visiting team worksheet form should facilitate most arrangements. Locker rooms: The visiting team locker room is located in the south end of the stadium with direct access to the field. Parking: Team buses and equipment trucks will park at the Southeast of the Stadium for practice and for the game. Arrangements for other vehicles accompanying the team buses are to be made in advance with John Houser. Officials: Officials for home games are assigned by the Commissioner of the Southland Conference unless noted otherwise by game contract. Officials are requested to report to the stadium two and one half hours before game time per Southland Conference regulations. Rules: NCAA Division I-A, FCS and Southland rules shall apply. Uniforms: Uniforms will be left up to the discretion of the home team. Bench Area: Bench passes are submitted by the ACU sports information department Bench Passes: Per NCAA regulations, a maximum of sixty (60) sideline passes are to be used for non-uniformed personnel. Visiting Team Tickets: Visiting team will call will be on the Northeast side of the stadium and all visiting seating is located on the east side of the stadium. Visiting team will call tickets must be sent to John Houser at [email protected] at least 24 hours prior to kickoff. Cheerleaders/Mascots: Cheerleaders and mascots will be required to observe the safety policies adopted by ACU. Personnel will enter (in uniform) at the Northeast side of the stadium.
