The Brookings Institution’s Contributors List In compliance with United States House of Representatives rules, Brookings has prepared the following list that identifies the sources of contributions, grants, contracts, and in-kind donations received (“Brookings Contributions”), including “Federal grants or contracts” as well as “contracts or payments originating with a foreign government . . . .” U.S. House of Representatives Rule XI, Clause 2(g).
