CHAPTER H-3.01 REG 1 The Highways and Transportation Act, 1997 Section 69 Order in Council 642/97, dated September 29, 1997 (Filed September 30, 1997) Title 1 These regulations may be cited as The Highways and Transportation Act Regulations. Prescribed distance 2 For the purposes of section 32 of The Highways and Transportation Act, 1997 the prescribed distance from the surveyed limit of a provincial highway is 90 metres. Coming into force 3 These regulations come into force on the day on which they are filed with the Registrar of Regulations.

SASKATCHEWAN REGULATIONS 91/97 The Northern Municipalities Act Section 286 Order in Council 638/97, dated September 29, 1997 (Filed September 30, 1997) Title 1 These regulations may be cited as The Northern Municipalities Revenue Sharing Program Amendment Regulations, 1997. R.R.S. c.N-5.1 Reg 8 amended 2 The Northern Municipalities Revenue Sharing Program Regulations, 1988 are amended in the manner set forth in these regulations. Section 7.1 amended 3 Subsection 7.1(1) is repealed and the following substituted: “(1) Notwithstanding any other provision of these regulations, the amount of the operating grant to be paid to a northern municipality for the 1997-98 fiscal year is an amount equal to the operating grant paid to that northern municipality for the 1996-97 fiscal year”. 632 THE SASKATCHEWAN GAZETTE, OCTOBER 10, 1997

Appendix amended 4 Table 1 of the Appendix is repealed and the following substituted:

SASKATCHEWAN REGULATIONS 92/97 The Justices of the Peace Act, 1988 Section 3 Order in Council 639/97, dated September 29, 1997 (Filed September 30, 1997) Title 1 These regulations may be cited as The Justices of the Peace Amendment Regulations, 1997. R.R.S. c.J-5.1 Reg 1, section 14 amended 2 Subsection 14(1) of The Justices of the Peace Regulations, 1989 is amended: (a) by striking out “and” after clause (c); and (b) by repealing clause (d) and substituting the following: “(d) $4,799 for the period commencing on July 1, 1994 and ending on July 31, 1996; “(e) $5,183 per month commencing August 1, 1996 and ending on June 30, 1997; “(f) $5,235 for the period commencing July 1, 1997 and ending on July 31, 1997; “(g) $5,411 per month commencing August 1, 1997 and ending on June 30, 1998; and “(h) $5,465 per month commencing July 1, 1998”. Coming into force 3 These regulations come into force on the day on which they are filed with the Registrar of Regulations.

RÈGLEMENT DE LA SASKATCHEWAN 92/97 Loi de 1988 sur les juges de paix Article 3 Décret 639/97, en date du 29 septembre 1997 (déposé le 30 septembre 1997) Titre 1 Règlement de 1997 modifiant le Règlement de 1989 sur les juges de paix. Modification de l’article 14 du Règl. 1 des R.R.S. ch. J-5,1 2 L’alinéa 14(1)d) du Règlement de 1989 sur les juges de paix est abrogé et remplacé par ce qui suit: «d) 4 799 $ pour la période allant du 1er juillet 1994 au 31 juillet 1996; «e) 5 183 $ pour la période allant du 1er août 1996 au 30 juin 1997; «f) 5 234 $ pour la période allant du 1er juillet 1997 au 31 juillet 1997; «g) 5 411 $ pour la période allant du 1er août 1997 au juin 1998; «h) 5 465 $ à compter du 1er juillet 1998». 634 THE SASKATCHEWAN GAZETTE, OCTOBER 10, 1997

SASKATCHEWAN REGULATIONS 93/97 The Traffic Safety Court of Saskatchewan Act, 1988 Section 11 Order in Council 640/97, dated September 29, 1997 (Filed September 30, 1997) Title 1 These regulations may be cited as The Traffic Safety Court of Saskatchewan Amendment Regulations, 1997. R.R.S. c.T-19.1 Reg 1 amended 2 The Traffic Safety Court of Saskatchewan Regulations are amended in the manner set forth in these regulations. Section 3 amended 3 Subsection 3(1) is amended: (a) by striking out “and” after clause (c); and (b) by repealing clause (d) and substituting the following: “(d) $4,617 per month commencing on July 1, 1994 and ending on June 30, 1997; “(e) $4,663 per month commencing on July 1, 1997 and ending on June 30, 1998; and “(f) $4,710 per month commencing July 1, 1998”. New sections 13.1 and 13.2 4 The following sections are added after section 13:

“Disability Income Plan 13.1 Every traffic justice shall contribute to and is eligible to receive benefits from the Government of Saskatchewan Disability Income Plan that is established for employees in the public service of the Government of Saskatchewan.

“Extended Health Care Plan 13.2 Every traffic justice is eligible to receive benefits pursuant to the Extended Health Care Plan that is established for employees in the public service of the Government of Saskatchewan who are not subject to a collective agreement”. RÈGLEMENT DE LA SASKATCHEWAN 93/97 Loi de 1988 sur le Tribunal de la sécurité routière de la Saskatchewan Article 11 Décret 640/97, en date du 29 septembre 1997 (déposé le 30 septembre 1997) Titre 1 Règlement de 1997 modifiant le Règlement sur le Tribunal de la sécurité routière de la Saskatchewan. Modification du Règl. 1 des R.R.S. ch. T-19,1 2 Le Règlement sur le Tribunal de la sécurité routière de la Saskatchewan est modifié de la façon exposé dans le présent règlement. Modification de l’article 3 3 L’alinéa 3(1)d) est abrogé et remplacé par ce qui suit: «d) 4 617 $ par mois pour la période allant du 1er juillet 1994 au 30 juin 1997; «e) 4 663 $ par mois pour la période allant du 1er juillet 1997 au 30 juin 1998; «f) 4 710 $ par mois à compter du ler juillet 1998». Nouveaux articles 13.1 et 13.2 4 Le suivant est ajouté après l’article 13:

«Programme appelé Disability Income Plan 13.1 Les juges de la sécurité routière doivent payer les cotisations requises et sont admissibles aux avantages sociaux du programme appelé Government of Saskatchewan Disability Income Plan mis sur pied pour les employées de la fonction publique du gouvernement de la Saskatchewan.

«Programme appelé Extended Health Care Plan 13.2 Les juges de la sécurité routière sont admissibles aux avantages sociaux du programme appelé Extended Health Care Plan mis sur pied pour les employées de la fonction publique du gouvernement de la Saskatchewan qui ne sont pas régis par une convention collective». SASKATCHEWAN REGULATIONS 94/97 The Securities Act, 1988 Subsection 154(1) Order in Council 641/97, dated September 29, 1997 (Filed September 30, 1997) Title 1 These regulations may be cited as The Securities Amendment Regulations, 1997. R.R.S. c.S-42.2 Reg 1, Appendix A, Table 1 amended 2 The Securities Regulations are amended in subsection 1(2) of Table 1 of Appendix A: (a) by repealing subclause (a)(i) and substituting the following: “(i) $750.00”; (b) by repealing subclause (f)(i) and substituting the following: “(i) $750.00”; and (c) by repealing subclause (g)(i) and substituting the following: “(i) $750.00”. Coming into force 3(1) Subject to subsection (2), these regulations come into force on October 1, 1997. (2) If these regulations are filed with the Registrar of Regulations after October 1, 1997, these regulations come into force on the day on which they are filed with the Registrar of Regulations.
