The 69 -year-old, who specialized in selling artwork for celebrity musicians, confessed to stealing both art and money from his high - profile clients for nearly three decades, between 1986 and 2013. Among Poole’s notable victims was Ronnie Wood, guitarist for the Rolling Stones and a prolific painter who studied at London’s Ealing Art College and will publish a book, Ronnie Wood: Artist, next month. Poole poached a number of Wood’s portraits, featuring fellow celebrities such as Stones frontman Mick Jagger, musicians Bob Dylan, and Ringo Starr, and actress Marilyn Monroe, according to Reuters, Rolling Stones British guitarist Ronnie Wood poses in front of his painting called A Study of Carlos and Darcey Rehearsing in 2008.     Cubed Circle Newsletter 241 – Consistency is Hard As many of probably noticed, we have been posting late and sporadically for the last month. This was, obviously, not our intention, but with the second semester eating into my free time, staying up to date is a tall order. Even without the newsletter itself seeing weekly publication the site has still remained up to date on a weekly basis, thanks primarily to co-author Ben Carass, as well as guest writers Paul Cooke and Leslie Lee III. But, the newsletter has survived for well over 241 weeks, and will hopefully thrive in the years to come. I have attempted to make provisions for publishing related tasks which should minimize the risk of major delays (obviously there will be some regular delays, as this late issue can attest), but we have some fail safes in place in order to keep this to a minimum. With all of this said, we have a great issue for everyone this week with Paul Cooke discussing the Pro-Wrestling Only Greatest Wrestler Ever project and his personal experience with the poll, Ben covers the news including tons of results from Japan and the Lesnar USADA violation, the Mixed Bag returns with a look at comedy wrestling, Ricochet/Ospreay, and a potential WWE match of the year -- plus Ben also looks at last Sunday's Battleground show and the first RAW of the brand split (a very good show). After several generations of unremitting efforts, Chinese Wushu has gained a very high reputation in the world. Among them, Taijiquan has an unparalleled influence, according to a survey released in 2007 by the National Center for Supplementary and Alternative Medicine, affiliated to the National Institutes of Health (NIH). According to the report, about 3 million people in the United States engage in Taijiquan, while in 2015 the number of Taijiquan practitioners worldwide reached 300 million. It can be said that Taijiquan is a business card of traditional Wushu. However, in recent years, several confrontations between Taijiquan and modern fighting have all ended in failure, which makes people think that the concept of Taijiquan has lagged behind the times. Therefore, we need a platform to rebuild people's confidence in Taijiquan boxing, and also to avoid the development of Taijiquan blindly emphasizing traditional culture and health preservation. After fighting, we should know that the soul of Wushu is fighting. Once Taijiquan leaves fighting, it is a water without source and a wood without foundation.
