STRONG FAITH, STRONG FAMILIES 2nd Quarter 2019 GSCR Catholic Authors of Michigan The GSCR Catholic Authors Of Michigan book sale was held on Saturday, March 30th, from 10:00a-2:00p at Queen of the Miraculous Medal Church, Vincentian Hall. Radio personalities Deacon Tom Loewe, Kathy Schmaltz, and Bill Hoste conducted live on-air interviews during the day with the Catholic Authors, includ- ing Bill Kassell, Frank Pomarico, Phillip Campbell, Dr. Brian Bradford, Doug Shumard, Kathryn Mulderink, Gene Hausmann, Joseph Shannon, and Mary Fisher. Attendees were able to speak with the authors about their books and purchase copies signed by the authors. Refreshments were provided by The Jackson Coffee Company and Hinkley Donuts. GSCR offers special thanks to the Knights of Columbus Councils of Jackson County and the State of Michi- gan Organization that donated funds for GSCR to acquire new equipment that enabled GSCR to broadcast live interviews from Queens Vincentian Hall. GSCR will continue to sponsor the Catholic Authors of Michigan every year. In addition, Catholic Authors of Michigan events will be scheduled throughout the year in other Michigan cities.
