2006 Bachelor degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, King Saud University / College of Pharmacy - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Position and employment

2019- present Assistant Professor in in the Pharmacognosy Department, King Saud University. 2014 – 2019 Lecturer in the Pharmacognosy Department, King Saud University. 2009 - 2013 Teaching Assistant in the Pharmacognosy Department, King Saud University. 2006 - 2008 for 2 years (1-year experience in King Fahad Medical City and 1-year in Riyadh Military Hospital, Riyadh, KSA).

Research interests

- , isolation of bioactive constituents using advanced chromatographic techniques and elucidation of their structure using

different chemical and spectroscopic methods - Isolation of essential oils from plant origin and its chemical compositions analysis. Study of different biological activities for various active principles isolated from such as anti-inflammatory, cytotoxicity, antimicrobial,

antioxidant, and other substances.
