1. Sctiool represents and warrants that It Is an A880Clate-Degrae Granting Institution currently aooredited by an approved regional or n onal accrediting body. Unlversity may t~rminata this agreement immed!ately upon a change In accreditation status a d/orifSchool fails to nottf/ University ofa change in aocredltation status.

2. The school wftl make I course catalogue avallabla on an annual basfs for UniYaralty of Phoenix course transfer evaluations. The Sch I agrees to permit the University to publish the Course Transfer Gulde publlcly on phoenlx.etJu.

3, S11bjectto the School's ollcles, the School wfll work with tha University ID communicmg the benefits ofthlt MOU and the many educational o rtunities avallabJe atthe University.

General Tenns and Cond

1. This MOU becomes e ctiVe on the date both parties haVe signed the MOU. Either party may tennlnats this MOU upon thirty (30) days ·or written notice. Ifeither party believes that tha MOU mlght violate any Jaw or regulatton, adversely affect its recfrtatfon, or any ficense or exemption issued by a Federal or State educational board or oommission, e!ther p may terminate the MOU immediately upon written notice tc the other party.

2. The University may School's name verbaUy for reference purposes only. The School grants the University the right 1D use the Schoof' name and logo In WT11fng for purposes ofthis MOU only.

3. Each party acknowledg that the relaticnshlp with the other Is that ofan independent contractor.

4. Each part)' agrees to a Ide by all appllcable Federal and State Laws. Thts MOU shaft be governed by and construed in acoordance with the ofthe State of Florida Jurisdiction far any claim, dlsputa, or lawsuit shall be Hftlsbomugh County, Florida.

5. This MOU does not c any rights., title, orInterest for any entity other than the Univarstty and the Schocf.
