TASTING NOTES Our 2019 Columbia Winery Rosé exhibits aromas of bright strawberries and watermelon. On the palate, a refreshing acidity is balanced by an effervescence which creates a wonderful crisp finish. This Rosé pairs perfectly with your favorite summer salad or a mild cheese and fruit tray.

VINTAGE NOTES Our 2019 Columbia Rosé showcases fruit sourced from two of our favorite vineyards within the Columbia Valley. The 2019 vintage in Washington started a bit cooler, then steady days of sunshine and mild temperatures throughout the season allowed the grapes ample time on the vines. We harvested the grapes for this Rosé when they reached the perfect balance between bright fruit character and the classic, crisp acidity Washington is known to provide.

COLUMBIA VALLEY AVA As Washington’s largest appellation, the Columbia Valley comprises nearly all of the state's total vinifera grape plantings. Its volcanic, well-drained, sandy loam soils stress the vines to yield focused flavors in our grapes. In most parts of the Columbia Valley, there is an average of 16 hours of sunlight and only eight inches of rainfall. This combination lends itself to the creation of unique white wines with elegant fruit flavors and a crisp, polished finish.
