We are working closely with Government and industry partners to deliver an ambitious housing programme for the north of England. We are taking an active role in looking at how we can bring forward sites for development in new ways; how we can use the growth in the railway to support regeneration schemes; and explore how we can bring in more investment from the private sector to turn these visions into reality.
