L33/99 DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST Councillor Squires declared a non-pecuniary interest in the application for renewal of Annual Public Indoor Entertainments Licence for the Quality Hotel, .

L34/99 RENEWAL OF ANNUAL PUBLIC INDOOR ENTERTAINMENTS LICENCE: QUALITY HOTEL, MONKS WAY, TWO MILE ASH The Committee considered an application for renewal of the Annual Public Indoor Entertainments Licence for Quality Hotel, Monks Way, Two Mile Ash. (Councillor Squires declared a non-pecuniary interest in this item and left the meeting.) RESOLVED - 1. That the application for renewal of the Annual Public Indoor Entertainments Licence at Quality Hotel, Monks Way, Two Mile Ash, be granted for a limited period of 3 months to allow monitoring of the efficiency of the noise limiting equipment, which must be installed to the satisfaction of the Chief Environmental Health Officer of the Council within 14 days from the date of this meeting. 2. L35/99 RENEWAL OF ANNUAL PUBLIC INDOOR ENTERTAINMENTS LICENCE: THE CAVENDISH CLUB, SHEARMANS, FULLERS SLADE The Committee considered an application for renewal of the Annual Public Indoor Entertainments Licence for the Cavendish Club, Shearmans, Fullers Slade. RESOLVED - 1. That the application for renewal of the Annual Public Indoor Entertainments Licence for the Cavendish Club, Shearmans, Fullers Slade, be granted for a limited period of 6 months. 2. That the licence be granted for the following days and hours of the week: Sundays 3.00 pm to midnight Mondays to Saturdays 7.00 pm to midnight

L36/99 RENEWAL OF ANNUAL PUBLIC INDOOR ENTERTAINMENTS LICENCE: COMMUNITY CENTRE, BLACKMOOR GATE, FURZTON The Committee considered an application for the renewal of the Annual Public Indoor Entertainments Licence for Furzton Community Centre, Blackmoor Gate, Furzton. The Committee noted that the applicant had allowed the licence to lapse for some months prior to submission of a renewal application and, therefore, agreed that the application be treated as a new application for the grant of an Annual Public Indoor Entertainments Licence. RESOLVED - That the application for grant of an Annual Public Indoor Entertainments Licence for Furzton Community Centre, Blackmoor Gate, Furzton, be refused on the grounds that the applicant has not complied with the requests of the Chief Environmental Health Officer of the Council for the completion of works, and that comments would need to be sought from the Fire and Rescue Service prior to the grant of any new licence.

L37/99 VARIATION OF ANNUAL PUBLIC INDOOR ENTERTAINMENTS LICENCE: ROLLERS, DENBIGH NORTH LEISURE, BLETCHLEY The Committee considered an application for variation of the Annual Public Indoor Entertainments Licence for Rollers, Denbigh North Leisure, Bletchley. RESOLVED -

L42/99 PROVISIONAL ANNUAL PUBLIC INDOOR ENTERTAINMENTS LICENCE: PALS, UNIT D, THEATRE DISTRICT, CENTRAL MILTON KEYNES The Committee considered an application for a provisional Annual Public Indoor Entertainments Licence for Pals, Unit D, Theatre District, Central Milton Keynes. RESOLVED - 1. That the application for a provisional Annual Public Indoor Entertainments Licence for Pals, Unit D, Theatre District, Central Milton Keynes, be granted subject to the following conditions: (a) Any works required by Milton Keynes Council’s Environmental Health/Building Control Officers, Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service and being carried out to the satisfaction of the appropriate authorities prior to the grant of the full annual licence. (b) A full Annual Public Indoor Entertainments Licence application being submitted three months prior to the premises opening to the general public. (c) That the Licence be granted for the following days and hours of the week (subject to consideration of any amendments proposed on submission of the full Annual Public Indoor Entertainments Licence): Sundays 12.00 noon to 10.30 pm Mondays to Wednesdays 11.00 am to 1.00 am the following day Thursdays to Saturdays 11.00 am to 2.00 am the following day
