Police said here that outlaws kidnapped the RTI activist Dharamendra Kuamr, a native of Shambhupur Kuari village when he was going somewhere on his motorcycle. Sources said that family members of the kidnapped RTI activist lodged an FIR at the police station concerned NEW DELHI, MAR 20 (UNI):- TDP MP apprehending his murder.
