CHAPTER -3 PRESENT STATUS OF THE PROJECT

SEIAA, Haryana has accorded EC for construction of a Commercial complex at Sector-104, Village Dhanwapur, District Gurgaon, Haryana on a plot area of 2.11875 acres and total built up area of 24,550 m2 by M/s Mariana Infrastructure Ltd.

Also, NOC for Consent to Establish (CTE) has been obtained from Haryana State Pollution Control Board. So, part excavation has been done at project site and due to increment in the FAR area presently construction work has been stopped at the site.

During construction phase we will comply the conditions mentioned in the NGT order dated 10.04.2015 and Environmental Impact Assessment Manual 2010.

CHAPTER -4 PURPOSE OF THE REPORT

This six-monthly report is being submitted as per the conditions stipulated in the Environmental Clearance letter.

Further, the study will envisage the environmental impacts that have generated in the local environment due to the project.

The environmental assessment is being carried out to verify:

 That the project does not have any adverse environmental impacts in the project area and its surrounding

 Compliance with the conditions stipulated in the Environmental Clearance Letter.

 That the Project Management is implementing the environmental mitigation measures as suggested in the approved Form-I, Form-IA and Environmental Management Plan (EMP).

Solid waste would be generated both during the construction as well as during the operation phase. 63 During the operation phase, waste will comprise domestic as well as agricultural waste. The solid waste generated from the project shall be mainly domestic waste and estimated quantity of the waste shall be approx. 356 kg per day (@ 0.15 kg per capita per day for the visitor, 0.25 kg per capita per day for the staff members and landscape wastes @ 15 kg/acre/day). Following arrangements will be made at the site in accordance to Municipal Solid Wastes (Management and Handling) Rules, 2000 and amended Rules, 2008.
