On 21 June 2018, the Contracting Parties entered into the Standard License Agreement which defines conditions of cooperation and rights and duties of the Contracting Parties while providing defined Licensed Materials that are set forth in Appendix A to the Licensee and Participating Institutions listed in Appendix B Agreement 1/4 Agreement was published in the Register of Contracts on 27 June 2018 with the ID of contract 5575519 and eventually amended by Amendment No. 1 concluded on 20 December 2018 and Amendment No. 2 concluded on 1 November 2019. 1.2. The Amendment will be published by Licensee in the Register of Contracts. 3.2. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unaffected. 3.3. The Amendment is compiled in three counterparts in the English language, each of which has the power of an original. Licensor shall receive one counterpart and Licensee shall receive two counterparts. 3.4. The Contracting Parties agree that electronically signed versions of this originally executed Amendment are acceptable in lieu of printed signed copies and are to be given full force and affect under law. Cole, b Nidia Gabaldon Limasa and Benjamin Fiszbeina Polarizabilities and London dispersion forces are important to many chemical processes. Force fields for classical atomistic simulations can be constructed using atom-in-material polarizabilities and Cn (n ¼ 6, 8, 9, 10.) dispersion coefficients. This article addresses the key question of how to efficiently assign these parameters to constituent atoms in a material so that properties of the whole material are better reproduced. We develop a new set of scaling laws and computational algorithms (called MCLF) to do this in an accurate and computationally efficient manner across diverse material types. We introduce a conduction limit upper bound and m-scaling to describe the different behaviors of surface and buried atoms. We validate MCLF by comparing Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported Licence. results to high-level benchmarks for isolated neutral and charged atoms, diverse diatomic molecules, various polyatomic molecules (e.g., polyacenes, fullerenes, and small organic and inorganic molecules), and dense solids (including metallic, covalent, and ionic). We also present results for the HIV reverse transcriptase enzyme complexed with an inhibitor molecule. MCLF provides the non-directionally screened polarizabilities required to construct force fields, the directionally-screened static polarizability tensor components and eigenvalues, and environmentally screened C6 coefficients.     ELECTRONIC ACCESS LICENCE AGREEMENT This Agreement is made the Chemistry located at ("Publisher"} and Th offices at WHEREAS (A) Publisher holds journal articles and databases in electronic form; (B) Customer wishes to license access to journal articles and/or databases; and (C) Publisher agrees to grant such licence. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises set forth herein, the parties agree as follows: 1. Definitions In thisAgreement the following terms shall have the following meanings: "Authorised Users" means current employees (including faculty, staff, and independent contractors) of the Customer and students ofthe Customer who, in either case, have been allowed access to Publlsher Content by Customer, regardless of the physical location of such persons, such access shall be unlimited and shall be by Secure Authentication so that these users may access and use Publisher Content in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Remote access by AuthorisedUsers to Publisher Content is allowed and Walk-In Users, i.e. persons who are permitted by the Customer to access Publisher Content whilst they are on Customer's physical premises. Such access must at all times be by Secure Authentication on computer terminals within the Customer's physical premises. Walk-In Users may not be given means to access Publisher Content outside the Customer's physical premises or by any wireless network unless the network is a secure network provided by the Customer. "Commercial Use" means use which is for direct monetary reward or commercial advantage, whether by or for Customer or Authorised User, by means of the sale, resale, loan, transfer, hire or other form of exploitation of Publisher Content.

Background • RSC Publishing moved to an all-XML workflow at the turn of the millennium. • We digitized the backfile (to 1841) in 2005. • We launched Project Prospect in 2007. • We acquired ChemSpider in 2009. RSC Advances New high-volume journal covering all of chemistry launched in 2011. Classify that classification: results 7 topics (75, 57, 65, 67, 82, 113, 123) were rejected for being nonsense. 1 topic (127) was rejected for being too general.
