General information

• Every stakeholder involved in a FIS World Cup must follow the FIS Testing Protocol. • The general FIS media guidelines give all involved stakeholders direction on how to approach work along the World Cup events. Please note: • Each organizer has set up specific measurements that are specified to their national health regulations. Those measurements will always take precedent and all individuals working in media operations should respect all regulations in place at every venue • Media representatives will not be allowed to attend the TCM. The TCM will be streamed online if approved by all stakeholders. The link to the stream will be published on the FIS Cross-Country media website and communicated via the media mailing system. • No physical press conferences will be held post-race. Virtual press conferences will be held if requested and streamed via the same stream as the TCM. • Statements of the top-3 athletes per race will be published on the FIS Cross-Country soundcloud account (https://soundcloud.com/fiscross-country). • In general, the statements of athletes need to be taken in the provided mixed zone or external mixed zone (if provided – please see “media specific information” at each event). • Interviews with teams need to be coordinated with the team directly.

The accreditation request for TV & Radio must be sent directly to the LOC, using the link that you find in the chart above. Also for TV & Radio, like for all other media, the process to get the confirmation of accreditation will follow the guidelines described in the following point “Accreditation Request & Release”.

Accreditation Request & Release According to the FIS Covid-19 Prevention Protocol Guideline and the Italian Government provisions, the number of media accreditations that the OC Fiemme World Cup can accept is limited. All accreditations can be released only as soon as the LOC receives all the necessary and compulsory documents, that are:

A negative Covid-19 test, that must be not older than 48 hours before your arrival at the competition venue (that means that it must be not older than 48 hours at the day when you collect your accreditation). A copy of the negative test must be uploaded on the OC accreditation online system, where we will arrange a specific “area” dedicated to the Covid-19 prevention protocol. The necessary instructions you have to follow in order to upload the test will be sent via e-mail. It is fundamental that you upload the test before your arrival at the Cross- Country Stadium in Lago di Tesero. If you want to do the Covid-19 test in Val di Fiemme, here are the contacts of two laboratories, to book it:

• The Health Questionnaire, that you have to fill in when you upload the negative Covid-19 test on our accreditation online system. The questionnaire has validity for the whole event. Once the LOC receives the negative test together with the health questionnaire, we will check all the information sent, and if everything is correct, you will get an e-mail with the confirmation of your accreditation request. When you come to the cross country stadium, you can show this confirmation e-mail to the LOC access control staff. Showing this e-mail you can enter the main access of the stadium, but then, in order to have access to the

NEW! WORKING SPACE & REFRESHMENT - TV & Radio For this edition, all TV & Radio staff won’t be allowed to enter the Main Media Center, due to the capacity restriction. Therefore they will have the possibility to use a new working space area (with internet connection, photocopier and refreshment) arranged inside the building of the commentary cabins, in the room normally used for the Team Captains’ Meeting (online). The maximum capacity will be 25 persons. Each person will have to choose one working space at the beginning of the event and keep it for the whole weekend. No staff of the Press Office Newspower will be present.

Media criterias: The media accreditation for Svenska Skidspelen 2021 give access to media accredited areas at the Lugnet venue. To grant a media accreditation during Svenska Skidspelen 2021 following criteria must be fulfilled. 1. Valid AIPS number or valid national press card. 2. Freelance journalists/photographers must show a job description from the temporary employer valid for coverage of Svenska Skidspelen 2021. 3. Copies of published material from the last twelve months. All the applications will be handled separately, and LOC could ask for additional information if needed. If necessary, mutual order of precedence counts according to the criteria listed above. 4.
