Not this show, per se, this was a fun adventure, but this season. Wow! We started this season on a path we couldn’t see, wearing masks and distancing. We were told by the powers that be in December that we should probably cancel Starlight AGAIN because of Covid. We converted the season to a drive- in (which would have taken place in parking lot 1), but were rerouted in March right back here! So, as far as this adventure is concerned...we got a late start. But that is not at all an indication of what you’re going to see! I LOVE these characters! I adore this show. Shultz just had a way of making all of these ‘strips’ - these moments in time - combine to make one large tapestry of human nature told through the eyes of children. And one thing always makes itself apparent every time I cross paths with the Peanuts gang; we may not realize it all the time, but happiness lies in the moments we share together. It seems to be what this show is about. These vignettes, these comic strips, show us the moments great or banal, excited or lackadaisical, adventurous or monotonous that make our lives brilliant! And no one can take that away from Charlie Brown and the gang as they live each of these moments, one from the next, as they happen. This cast, crew, and team has been phenomenal to work with! Andrew, Delaney, Ryan, Essence, David, and Eric have brought to life some of the most iconic characters in comic history, and they did it with the heart of children - they explored - while Lily, Autumn, and Greenberg kept it all together over the summer! You will not believe the set that Brandon has created and the bountiful ways to fill it that Mychall & Kat helped me and the cast come up with. Combined with the picture-perfect costumes by Alex and the crew, sweet new sound that Lisa & the pit are creating, which Cierra’s caressing, and the lights Gabby has in store for you, and you’re going to love it! We’re excited, grateful, and humbled to have you with us here tonight (or today, “Hi, Matinee audience!). We have a new sound system for you to hear, a new parking lot to make your walk a bit easier, and new rigging to spruce up the place! In her will she stipulated that the college shall continue to offer to the community musical activities involving as large a segment of the community as possible. The Leola Arnold Memorial School of Music was established to offer classes and private instruction to students of all ages in the arts. Dance, music, and art classes are offered for students from the age of four years through adulthood. In addition, activities are presented that involved the

The fundamental conclusion of the Essay is that Van Til's account ofhuman knowledge is not a theory that explains the acquisition ofknowledge, but a metaphysical characterization of the status of knowledge ifone should happen to have it. Since apologetics is fundamentally concerned with acquiring knowledge (of God), Van Til's contribution is seen to be irrelevant to the central issues of apologetics. Moreover, in the absence of an account ofhow we come to know what we know, presupposing cannot be introduced to make a methodological contribution. Van Til destroys all cognitive links with the world by his doctrine of analogy, thus making any act of presupposing cognitively blind.

Schulz Museum SANTA ROSA, CA (July 25, 2017) 6th Street Playhouse is excited to announce the following special community events to coincide with its 2017-18 Season opener, the 50th anniversary of You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown, with Book, Music and Lyrics by Clark Gesner and Andrew Lippa, directed by Marty Pistone, music direction by Ginger Beavers and choreography by Melinda Murray. The celebration begins on Saturday, August 5th, at 11 am and 1 pm, with a free preview of songs from the show performed by the cast at the Charles M. Schulz Museum. On Sunday, August 13th from 1-4 pm, 6th Street Playhouse will host a free-admission Ice Cream Social for the community, and will feature $1 scoops of ice cream donated by Cold Stone Creamery, Peanuts character appearances, a photo booth with costumes, coloring stations, performances by the cast, a prize wheel, tours of the theaters and more. On opening weekend, from August 18th-20th, there will be a complimentary pre-show reception in the Studio gallery with sparkling wine and nibbles, Peanuts character appearances and a special Peanuts exhibit from the Schulz Museum featured throughout the run of the musical.
