Summit leaders... welcomed the nomination of a National Contact Point (NCP) for the EU Framework Programme in Japan, as an important step to facilitate the participation of Japanese entities to the EU’s Horizon 2020 programme, and expressed their desire to open up new horizons for Japan- EU science and technology collaboration.
