2021 Mini Tours Schedule

TO GO ON ANY TRIPS AND OR ACTIVITIES WITH THE ARC YOU MUST BE A CURRENT MEMBER AND HAVE ALL PAPERWORK NEEDED. Departure time is always 30 minutes after check in time. If you are not a current Member you may join by contacting The Arc office or visiting our website for more information. Yearly fees are: $20.00 Individual (Non-voting), $30.00 Voting Individual or $50.00 Family Membership

Join us to be entertained by the Professional Bull Riding Rodeo at Intrust Bank Arena. For the seventh time in league history, PBR’s (Professional Bull Riders) Pendleton Whisky Velocity Tour (PWVT) will buck into Wichita, Kansas, and INTRUST Bank Arena, welcoming fans. **Dinner is included.

E. Sat. May 8 FULL Blade & Timber 1:00PM-4:00PM $45 10 Unique axe throwing experience is fun and casual. Let’s see how many of you can get a bulls-eye. Please note that these are actual axes that you will be throwing. Trained professionals are there to assist.

F. Tues May 11 FULL All Star Adventures & Dinner 5:00PM-8:00PM $40 20 A fun weekday evening hangout with friends in the Arcade AND we’ll have access to unlimited Go-Karts, Bumper Boats, Miniature Golf, Amusement Rides and Bumper Cars.

F2. Fri May 21 FULL Monster Jam @ Intrust & Dinner 5:00PM-10:00PM $65 20 This. Is. Monster Jam! The most action-packed motorsports experience in the world today returns after a pandemic pause, roaring into Wichita for a high-octane weekend! Join us for this crazy night! Dinner is included.

G. Fri June 11 FULL Come Together – A Beatles Revue 6:00PM-10:30PM $65 20 Back by popular demand, the Crown Uptown Theatre is proud to present Come Together: A Beatles Revue. Dinner is included. 8:00 Showtime.

H. Fri-Sun June 25-27 FULL Kansas City Getaway 12:00PM-12:30PM $300 20 Join us for a fun filled weekend getaway to Kansas City! Stay tuned for a full itinerary!

I. Tues-Thurs July 27 FULL Adventures in OKC 8:00AM-1:00PM $300 20 Hurricane Harbor, Frontier City and Shopping oh my! This mini tour is going to be packed with tons of fun activities and delicious food! Stay tuned for our full itinerary!

I2. Sun August 15 FULL Royals in KC 7:30AM-10:00PM $125 20 Cause it’s 1…2…3 strikes you’re out at the old ball game! Join us for a KC Day trip to watch the royals! Included is lunch, dinner, the game, and $10 food credit at the game!

I3. Friday August 20 Harlem Globetrotters 5:45PM-10:45PM $50 20 These ballers put on a show! Don't miss the Harlem Globetrotters with The Arc. Get ready for world class basketball showmanship and full-court fun. Dinner not included.

J. Fri-Sat Aug 27-Sept 4 FULL Caribbean Cruise 9:30PM-11:00PM $1100 20 It’ll be smooooooth sailing on our trip to Cozumel, Belize and Mahogany Bay! Join us for a 7 day cruise. This mini tour is currently full but please contact the Program’s Department about waitlist availability.

L. POSTPONED 09/13/22 Backstreet Boys @ Intrust & Dinner

Backstreet’s back, alright! Join us for the postponed Backstreet Boys Concert! Dinner will be hosted at The Arc. After dinner, we’ll depart for the concert at Intrust Bank Arena. 7:30 Showtime.

M. Mon Sept 13 FULL Dinner and Movie 5:30PM-10:00PM $40 20 A fun evening get together to hang out with friends and enjoy dinner and a movie!

M2. Sat Sept 18 Kansas State Fair 2:00PM-10:00PM $50 25 The Kansas State Fair is more than just a fair – it’s a celebration of Kansas, a family tradition! Come celebrate with us! More details to come.

O. Fri Oct 22 Killer Queen @ Cotillion & Dinner 5:00PM-10:30PM $65 20 The premier Queen tribute band, Killer Queen, will be bringing their must-see live show to the United Sates for dates this fall. Singer Patrick Myers is an absolute dead ringer for the legendary Freddie Mercury (both visually and vocally), resulting in a live concert experience that is second only to catching an ‘80s era Queen performance. P. Sat Oct 30 FULL Halloween Mystery Tour 10:00AM-10:30PM TBD 20 A day full of tricks and treats! We’ll spend this day doing a multitude of fun fall themed activities and hanging out with friends! It’s a mystery beyond that! Be prepared to be scared! Lunch and dinner provided!

Q. November 11-14 FULL Branson for the Holidays 7:00AM-4:00PM TBD 20 Branson for the Holidays. This Mini Tour needs no description…but..what a great time. Enjoy all of Branson Holiday shows and activities and oh my goodness, all of the Christmas lights!!
