Police said two burglars were arrested in Nand Nagri area. Their arrest helped solve seven cases of theft and burglary.One pistol, two car- tridges, a knife, two colour TVs, a VCD, a wall clock, a wrist watch and a stabiliser were seized from them. The accused were spotted by a police party in Harsh Vi- har. The two allegedly com- mitted burglaries along with two associates. During inter- rogation, they confessed to have lifted articles from shops and houses in the city. In another incident, the district police arrested two others, both aged 22, who were involved in a armed bus robbery case on June 30 in Shastri Park area. The police said the accused along with other pickpockets had robbed Rakesh Kumar, an advocate of Tis Hazari Court. Kumar was robbed of his gold chain, wrist watch and Rs 970 at knife point.
