Villa Sole, which in Italian translates into "The House of the Sun", is an estate that was created and designed by the world renown Architect and Interior Designer, Massimo Comoli. Massimo Comoli worked with Gianni for the last twelve years of Gianni's life. Massimo's influence helped to create "The Versace Empire" as it is still known to this day.

Massimo created every fabric that is known as Versace, every dish designed for Versace and made by Rosenthal, Versace's entire Home Collection, their logo of the Medusa Head, and even Gianni's signature!

Massimo, being a brilliant Architect had also designed all of the Versace stores in Asia, Donatella's 17,000 sq. ft. apartment in , Versace's townhouse in New York, the summer house of Gianni's in , and the world famous Miami Beach mansion originally known as Casa Casuarina.

Needless to say, the Owner's of Villa Sole were most fortunate to have been introduced to Massimo Comoli.

Created and designed in 2005, this glorious Mediterranean estate boasts the main mansion of 17,500 sq. ft. and a full guest house on the opposite side of the european influenced motor courtyard. Many of the important estates in Europe have very large motor courtyards where a tremendous amount of automobiles can stand. The property also has a tennis court with it's tennis cabana, two huge swimming pools complete with waterfalls and they are also negative edge swimming pools. This property is perfectly situated on a famous waterway. The grounds end at a very large dock that sits on prestigious Indian Creek looking directly across the water onto the world famous Fountainebleau Hotel. .

With Massimo's Italian influence, most of the decor and furnishings inside the mansion and on the terraces were designed by Massimo and have been shipped from . The magnificent marble floors and columns through out the estate, the chandeliers and sconces from the glass factories in Murano, the mosaic medallions that are featured through out the interior of the mansion and the art work on the ceilings in the great room. The formal theatre, the exquisitely designed lounge complete with an onyx lite bar, the fully appointed beauty salon off the master bedroom, the massive dining room table that comfortably seats thirty lucky dinner guests, the enormous "double" kitchen, the spacious playroom for the children have all been designed for a happy, large and active family.
