DESCRIPCIÓN El Rally Dakar 2019 será la cuadragésima primera edición de la carrera de rally raid más exigente del mundo. Se realizará entre el 06 y el 17 de enero del presente año, por undécima vez consecutiva en América del Sur, tras la cancelación de la edición de 2008 en África por amenazas terroristas y por primera vez en un solo país el cual es el Perú. La salida y final de la competencia será la ciudad de Lima y se disputará en 10 etapas. ACCIONES REALIZADAS 17 de enero de 2019 06:00 horas El EMED DIRESA Ica reporta que se encuentra instalado un PMA y 01 Puesto de Comando en el Km 253 de la carretera panamericana sur, cuentan con 01 BII, 05 Brigadistas Comunales, 03 Ambulancias (Paracas, SAMU, y Cruz Roja). No se reportaron atenciones en salud Al Promediar el medio día de realizo la desmovilización de la brigada y PMA, dado que los vehículos de competencia habían partido ya del lugar, al igual que la población. “Año de la Lucha contra la Corrupción y la Impunidad” 16 de enero de 2019 06:00 horas El EMED DIRESA Ica reporta que se encuentra instalado un PMA y 01 Puesto de Comando en el Km 11.5 de la carretera Carhuas – Ica, donde se cuenta con 10 Brigadistas de Intervención Inicial de la Red de Salud Ica. Y 01 ambulancia Asimismo se instaló otro PMA en el distrito Subtanjalla, a la altura del Fundo Uribe, donde se movilizaron 10 brigadistas de intervención inicial y 04 personal SAMU, También se contó con 02 ambulancias (01 SAMU, Red Ica) Del mismo modo se operativizo el PMA en el km 253 de la Carretera Panamericana sur, en el campamento Adrenarena, con 01 BII y 03 ambulancias (01 Chincha, 01 Paracas y 01 Cruz Roja). Se registraron 11 atenciones, todas en el PMA del km 253 carreteras Panamericana Sur. 15 de enero de 2019 06:00 horas El EMED DIRESA Ica reporta que en la base aérea en el distrito San Juan de Marcona, se encuentra instalado el PMA y Puesto de Comando, donde se encuentran 02 brigadas de Intervención Inicial, cuentan con 02 ambulancias Asimismo se encuentra instalado un PMA y 01 Puesto de Comando en el Km 11.5 de la carretera Carhuas – Ica, donde se cuenta con 20 Brigadistas de Intervención Inicial de la Red de Salud Ica, 01 Brigada de DIGERD, y 04 profesionales de SAMU. En este punto cuentas con 02 ambulancias (01 SAMU Y 01 RED ICA) No se registraron atenciones en ninguno de los puntos donde se ubicaron los PMA. 14 de enero de 2019 REGIÓN ICA 06:00 horas EL EMED Salud de la Diresa Ica reporta que en el Km 504 se han movilizado 02 brigadistas de intervención inicial y 01 ambulancia del Hospital de Palpa, asimismo, de requerirse se cuenta con 01 ambulancia del CS Bella Unión, por otro lado, en el Km 509, se cuenta con 04 brigadistas y 01 ambulancia; en ese mismo lugar, en la zona de espectadores 4x4 se cuenta con 02 brigadistas y se sumarán los 06 provenientes de Lima. En cuanto a la Base Aérea San Juan de Marcona, se realizaron las coordinaciones con el Cmdte. Víctor Soto de la Cía. 152 de Marcona para el apoyo con una ambulancia 14:00 horas Se reporta desde el PMA Ubicado el KM 509 de la Panamericana Sur, la atención de 06 personas. “Año de la Lucha contra la Corrupción y la Impunidad” 13 de enero de 2019 REGIÓN AREQUIPA 09:00 horas EL EMED Salud de la Geresa Arequipa reporta el despliegue del PMA y 10 brigadistas de intervención inicial reubicados en Yauca hacia dentro (punto de partida). El día de ayer, día de descanso de la competencia, se trasladaron las motos hacia Camana, en dicha ruta no se han reportado daños a la salud de las personas. 11:00 horas EL EMED Salud de la Geresa Arequipa reporta que en el km 574 Yauca- Arequipa, se atiende al competidor motociclista Fernando Jandes de nacionalidad argentina de 34 años con Dx de Luxación de tobillo izquierdo. 13:00 horas EL EMED Salud de la Geresa Arequipa reporta que en el km 574 Yauca Arequipa, se atiende a Mario Patrao de nacionalidad portuguesa de 32 años Dx Contusion de espalda competidor N 34 motociclista. Los dos lesionados reportados en Yauca, están siendo trasladados a la Base aérea de San Juan de Marcona en Ica, el primero vía helicóptero de la organización y el segundo en la ambulancia del CS Jaqui de Arequipa, toma la posta en ese lugar la ambulancia del CS de Acari. 12 de enero de 2019 REGIÓN AREQUIPA 09:00 horas EL EMED Salud de la Geresa Arequipa reporta el despliegue del PMA en el ingreso de la Base Aérea Ala N° 03 de la FAP, cuenta con 15 Brigadistas y un vehículo tipo furgón. Se reporta el ingreso de 01 ambulancia tipo II a la Base Aérea como medida preventiva. 06 brigadistas se suman al PMA ubicado en el ingreso de la Base Aérea Ala N° 03 de la FAP. 11 de enero de 2019 REGIÓN MOQUEGUA 14:00 horas EL EMED de la Geresa Moquegua reporta que en las dunas de Ilo en la región Moquegua, en una zona no habilitada, se registró el atropello de una persona (varón adulto) por un camión del Dakar, según primera información se trata de una fractura en miembro inferior, el helicóptero de la organización se encuentra realizando la evacuación del paciente con destino preliminar a hospital de Arequipa. Se realizan las coordinaciones para el traslado terrestre. “Año de la Lucha contra la Corrupción y la Impunidad” En comunicación con el PMA ubicado en esa zona, se informa que se encuentran ubicados el PMA con 08 brigadistas y una ambulancia, asimismo, 06 brigadistas en una ambulancia se encuentran realizando búsquedas activas en las zonas de espectadores.11: 00 horas 08:00 horas EL EMED de la Geresa Moquegua reporta que se desplegó un PMA, 02 ambulancias y 14 brigadistas para el lugar de la meta ubicado en las dunas Ilo. REGIÓN AREQUIPA 15:00 horas El EMED Salud de la Geresa Arequipa, en relación al atropello en las dunas de Ilo-Moquegua, se encuentra en camino a la base aérea de Arequipa, 01 ambulancia tipo II y una brigada para instalas PMA en el exterior de la base. Se encuentra en alerta para realizar la referencia del mencionado paciente. 10 de enero de 2019 REGIÓN MOQUEGUA 18:00 horas A solicitud de la organización se moviliza 01 brigada de intervención inicial y 01 ambulancia al Coliseo de Moquegua, como medida preventiva ante la posibilidad de afectación en los participantes. 11: 00 horas El EMED de la Diresa Moquegua reporta que hasta el momento no se ha realizado atenciones médicas. 11: 00 horas El EMED de la Diresa Moquegua reporta que, desde el día de ayer, se realizó el despliegue del PMA equipado ubicado en Pampa Guaneros Km 1132 Moquegua, provincia Mariscal Nieto.

    24-30 April 2020 UPDATE No 11 SITUATION/CONTEXT INFORMATION . • Following the extension of the quarantine until 10 may, the Ministry of Education confirmed that distance and virtual learning through a dedicated television channel, radio station and website will continue. The return to school has been postponed indefinitely. Refugee and migrant children are able to access these services and corresponding materials. • On 25 April, Gastón Rodríguez was appointed Minister of Interior. The previous minister and all senior officers of the National Police were dismissed due to their alleged involvement in overvalued purchases in the context of the emergency. Investigations are undergoing accordingly. • On 26 and 27 April, the government announced a new universal bonus of 760 soles to support up to seven million families in poverty or extreme poverty nation-wide. The Minister of Development and Social Inclusion (MIDIS) will activate a platform through which Peruvian families could validate their data to receive the bonus. This assistance is not extended to refugees and migrants. KEY IMPACTS, NEEDS AND RISKS . • There is an increasing need to scale up CBI assistance and to provide food and shelter support as the prolonged duration of the emergency heightens the economic and social vulnerabilities of refugees and migrants from Venezuela. Food insecurity, evictions and lack of affordable housing or shelter continue. RESPONSE . PREPAREDNESS Protection, Education and Shelter • The GTRM is working with the Ministry of Women and Vulnerable Populations (MIMP) to ensure the continuity of virtual and distant case management for gender-based violence (GBV) and child protection cases. Agreements with hotels in Arequipa, Cusco, Lima Tacna and Tumbes were established for alternative accommodation of survivors of GBV and other vulnerable cases.

Este proceso parte de la captación de datos verificados que luego exige un trabajo de seria consistencia estadística y analítica de aquellas variables que confluyen en la actividad productiva. En esta línea de trabajo y en el contexto de una creciente participación de la agroindustria y agroexportación en la economía nacional, la Dirección General de Información Agraria del Ministerio de Agricultura (DGIA) ha realizado un Registro de Productores de Vid en el Perú. Nuestra preocupación al momento de elaborar este registro comienza por actualizar información que tenía data del año 1994, la cual no daba respuesta certera a las consultas que se tenían sobre un sector tan dinámico como el de producción de vid. Gracias a la coordinación realizada con la Asociación de Productores de Vid para Mesa, Piscos y Vinos de la Sociedad Nacional de Industrias, el Ministerio de Agricultura ha llevado adelante este censo que ofrece información relevante para los interesados en el tema y a quienes compete tomar decisiones respecto a inversiones o medidas facilitadoras de la actividad productiva.

The departments of Arequipa, Ayacucho, Moquegua and Tacna were the most affected by the earthquake. There were 77 people who lost their lives, 2,713 injured, 68 missing, and at least 213,430 persons affected. In addition, it is estimated that 80,000 dwellings were damaged or destroyed. The impact of the earthquake on the community level was devastating, especially because of the numerous adobe buildings. The earthquake also damaged 2,000 hectares of cropland in the coastal province of Camaná used primarily to cultivate onion, squash, potato, corn, wheat and beans. These families also lost their houses and belongings as a tidal wave swept away their community. The original LAPE-12 Appeal was issued on 2 July with a revision on 6 July. The term describes not merely the specific move of individuals from one place to another, but also defines a process that has become a way of life which often influences whole populations and their living/working environment: places where the migrants live, places where they migrate to, the places that they pass through and the people they interact with. Some migration is short-term, mostly seasonal and over a short distance. This thesis is concerned with short-term and short distance migration in a region in the north of Chile, where people ‘migrate’ on a weekly basis between the cities of Tacna and Arica in Peru and Chile respectively. These migrants are referred to as international commuters. The term commuter is used because of their weekly journey across an international border. During the week the commuters work and live in Arica (Chile) and during the weekends they travel back to Tacna (Peru) to live with their families. For conducting this research I used the following research question Analysing the commuter group in the Peruvian-Chilean border region, in order to examine what social and economical influence their commuting has on the region and what impact the border has on their commuting behaviour.
