(2) An lnspector takm g a sam ple of seeds under the pro- vlslons of thts sed lon shall dtvlde the sam ple m to tw o parts, shall cause each part to be m arkeds sealed and fastened up, and shall delw er or tender one part to the ow ner of the seeds and shall dellver or send by post to an oë clal seed-tester the J other part of the sam ple for the purpose of 1ts belng tested (3) A zeport m the prescnbed form of the result of any test of a sam ple sent to an ol clal seed-tester under the pro- vlslons of thls sectlon or of sub-sectlon (2) of sectlon 20 of thls O rdlnance shall be lssued ln the prescnbed m anner 10 and a copy of every report so lssued shall as soon as lt has been lssued be sent to the owner of the seeds

Concluslve 19.
