FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS How do ClubBenefi ts Members use their benefi ts and make reservations? Members simply need to call the ClubLine at (800) 433-5079. # e ClubLine is your Member Concierge. What types of benefi ts do Members receive? ClubBenefi ts is a lifestyle benefi t, providing access to hundreds of private country, golf and business clubs, restaurants, resorts and hotels worldwide, along with tickets to virtually any event in the country. Additional benefi ts will continue to be added to the program on an on-going basis. Are there fees involved when Members visit the private clubs? With ClubBenefi ts, Members have access to private clubs across the country. When visiting a private country club, ClubBenefi ts Members will pay a preferred green fee to enjoy golfi ng benefi ts. At the private dining clubs, ClubBenefi ts Members simply pay for their meals. At the time of your reservation request, the ClubLine will explain any fees that apply. How do Members pay for their charges? Generally, all charges may be made with a major credit card at the time of purchase. Hotels, tickets and restaurants generally require credit card payment. # e ClubLine will explain available payment options at time of reservation. What are the hours of operations for the ClubLine? # e ClubLine is open Monday - Saturday, 8:00am - 8:00pm EST. How far in advance may Members reserve tee times, dining reservations or other concierge services? Generally, tee times are available 14 days in advance, although some courses may extend times further in advance. For dining, reservations may be made up to 30 days in advance. Generally, all other reservations including hotels and ticket purchases are available months in advance. Your ClubLine Concierge can provide more information. How may members obtain tickets for concerts or sporting events? As with all reservations, including tickets, members simply call the ClubLine. # e ClubLine will assist members in fi nding tickets to just about any event in San Francisco, New York, or anywhere nationally.
