Providence at No. 9 Mercyhurst Sunday, September 28 • The Friars begin regular-season play at Mercyhurst after falling to the CWHL’s Montreal Stars Montreal Stars 4 at Northeastern 3 (Ex) in an exhibition game last weekend. Haley Frade notched the lone goal for Providence. • Providence split last season’s series with Mercyhurst 1-1 and has a 4-12-0 all-time record. UPCOMING GAMES Frade also scored the game-winning goal for the Friars in a win against Mercyhurst last year.
