Back in October the MB AG Days board launched our new “Community Giving Program”, essentially we want to “Pay It Forward” in agriculture. We have always helped support youth education through our financial support, the kick-off break- fast and scholarships but we now want to take this commitment to agriculture one step further; we want to share some of the show’s success with the individuals that make it successful by allowing communities and organizations the opportunity to apply for funds to help support valuable projects and initiatives in the heart of our agriculture industry. This year we had 21 applicants apply. Please consider purchasing a 50/50 ticket at the show as all of this money will be administered through the Ag Days Gives Back Fund! In the past we have supported STARS, MB Farm and Rural Support Services, Manitoba 4-H and the Manitoba Youth Beef Roundup. Thank you to the many sponsors of Manitoba Ag Days; our show would not be the success it is without your partnerships! You will find our sponsors mentioned on various pages in this guide; please take the time to thank them when you visit them at their displays! We look forward to seeing you at Ag Days 2016 – It’s Where the Ag Year Begins.
