Raildriver Files2 RAILDRIVER ENG FILES NOTES 1. Before you start please make back-up files. I have two folders, outside of MSTS, called Original ENG files and ENG files. You can then always restore files after reinstalls, problems etc 2. If Train Store is installed ensure it is set to (Everything Unstored)(Synchronised) before replacing ENG files 3. The replacement ENG files are placed in the TrainSimulator\Trains\Trainset directory in the relevant folder. If y put the file in the wrong folder you will not get the message "do you wish to replace file X by file X" 4. Non standard Cab Maker files are: Diesel.rdf This file (from Tim Court) gives a smoother throttle which works 0% throttle you, 100% throttle fully away from you. SteamAIFireman.rdf This is the MSTS default steam file where the reverser lever is disabled and reverser to enable steam locos to be driven with AI fireman without using th Electric.rdf Used with all electrics except those with a combined brake\throttle handle. Combobrake.rdf This file (from Tim Court) is designed for engines with combined throttle/bra Works equally well with electrics and diesels with the Series 2000 engine fil 5. The CabMaker files are placed in the folder PI Engineering\Raildriver\CabMakerfiles 6. Details of CabMaker changes are contained in New Cabmaker settings - Readme document 6.
