August 2018- Current Managing Quantity Surveyor | Sr. Contract Administrator Morganti Group International Project & Facilities Management of Presidential Palaces in the U.A.E. (Project & Asset Management) The Client- Department of Presidential Affairs (DOPA), Project value- AED 1.5 billion.

March 2017 – July 2018 Sr. Quantity Surveyor | Contract Administrator Morganti Group International Project & Facilities Management of MOE Schools in the U.A.E. (Project & Asset Management) The Client- Ministry of Presidential Affairs (MOPA), Project value- AED 475 million.

November 2015 – February 2017 Sr. Quantity Surveyor (Pre Contract) BAM International Tendering and Estimation Department. For Museum of the Future Project (MOTF) in Contract amount of this iconic project is 780 million (AED). The Client- Meraas Holding.

September 2014 - October 2015 Sr. Quantity Surveyor (Post Contract) BAM International In Stadium and Mixed Development, Phase 2. The development comprises housing (650 apartments in seven five-storey buildings), a commercial building, a multi-storey car park, a food and beverage souk and a 173-bed hotel with its own car park (to be managed by the Starwood hotel chain). BUA- 300,000 approximately square metres.

September 2012 - August 2014 Quantity Surveyor (Post Contract) BAM International In Project- Al Ain. It is located in the , City of Al Ain, . It is the home stadium of Al Ain FC of the UAE Pro-League. The stadium holds 25,000 spectators. In addition we built a six storey office building, a sports hall and external works comprising roads, car parking, and fields and landscaping.

February 2010 - August 2012 Quantity Surveyor (Post Contract). Arabian Construction Company LLC Abu Dhabi Abu Dhabi Central Market Redevelopment Project. The redevelopment involves construction of a five storey basement for parking with a built up area of 61, 000 sq. m. and a three storey souq with a built up area of 26, 000 sq. m and parking for over 5, 000 cars. The 88-storey residential tower will be 382 meters high.

June 2007 - December 2009 Quantity Surveyor (Post Contact). State Engineering Corporation of Sri Lanka Colombo Tsunami Housing Project at Eastern Province. Housing project involves construction of 500 villas for Tsunami affected people.
