• Bowyer owns career totals of 10 wins, three poles, 82 top-five finishes, 219 top-10s and 3,127 laps led in 520 NASCAR Cup Series races. He also owns eight NASCAR Xfinity Series victories.  His most recent Cup Series victory came at Michigan International Speedway in Brooklyn (June 10, 2018).  His most recent Cup Series pole came at in Fontana, California on Feb. 29, 2020.

 Last weekend at the Pocono Doubleheader: Bowyer posted seventh- and eighth-place finish in races held Saturday and Sunday at Pocono (Pa.) Raceway. Bowyer battled a loose-handling car in both races but came on strong at the end in each event.

 Bowyer at Indy 2019: Bowyer needed a good run at Indianapolis to secure a playoff berth and he did just that, finishing fifth and claiming 15th place in the regular-season standings. Bowyer qualified third and ran at the front throughout the race, barely avoiding more than one multicar accident. In the closing laps, he avoided trouble and settled for fifth place and his second consecutive playoff berth.

 Bowyer at Indy 2018: Bowyer started eighth and drove by then-SHR teammate for the lead on lap 45 to win the first stage. He pitted and started the second stage 14th before climbing to eighth by lap 55. He took over the lead with 11 laps remaining in the stage before pitting with two laps remaining and finishing 15th. He started second and took over the lead after two laps in the final stage. regained the lead with 17 laps remaining in the race. Bowyer closed on Hamlin in the final laps before a caution forced a restart with three laps remaining. Bowyer fell to fifth in the scramble at the finish.

 Bowyer at Indy 2017: Bowyer started 18th at the Brickyard but climbed to sixth in the closing laps. However, his raced ended with a hard crash into the inside wall in turn four after he made contact with avoiding another car’s spin. The accident left him with a 30th-place finish.

 SHR has won twice at Indianapolis ( in 2019 and Ryan Newman in 2013) and posted nine top-fives and 17 top-10s in 35 starts.

 Bowyer owns four top-five finishes and five top-10s in 14 starts at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
