Policy of voestalpine Rotec Group voestalpine Rotec group with all its sites is specialized on the production and processing of tubes. Our target is to be the most efficient, most reliable tube processing company within the automotive industry and other industry niches, where operational safety, a high quality level and environmental awareness are standards. voestalpine Rotec group has committed itself to protect the environment by implementing an environmental management system which targets to improve constantly the environmental performance and enhance the environmental protection. Other specific commitments to protect the environment can include sustainable resource use, climate change mitigation and adaptation and protection of biodiversity respectively ecosystems.

The management of each site within voestalpine Rotec Group is committed to meeting or exceeding requirements of interested parties such as standards for productivity, quality, safety, health and environmental protection.

1) We operate a risk based approach management system to ensure that the purpose and context of our organization supports our strategic direction and actioned as appropriate. 2) We run the “Rotec Production System” (RPS) to realize a process-orientated, lean and optimal production. It is the group approach to support each site on our ongoing journey towards operational excellence. 3) We commit ourselves to continuous improvement of all our products, processes and systems. Hence, continuous improvement is a key element of the whole organization. It is the responsibility of each employee, at all levels, in all areas to improve our performance regarding products, processes and services. 4) We encourage our employees by supporting them developing and maintaining a sense of responsibility and cooperation at all levels. We show respect to every individual employee. Managers will respect the opinion of every employee that supports a culture without apportionment of blame. 5) We continue to develop our professional skills and social competence. Diligence and engagement are basic elements of our company values. 6) We set targets with relation to operational safety, quality and environmental topics and monitor the results. It is the responsibility of management to provide the resources (personnel, material and financial) and to create continuous improvement plans to achieve those targets. 7) We understand the requirements of interested parties regarding operational safety, quality and environmental protection. 8) A zero-defect-philosophy is a key element of our organization. 9) We are aware of our corporate social responsibility regarding health, safety and environmental impacts, in the development, manufacturing and marketing of our products, processes and services. 10) It is also the organization’s target reducing the environmental impacts as well as fulfillment of compliance obligations by using state-of-the-art technology and manufacturing systems. 11) We are in open and constructive dialogue with interested parties.
