We are excited to welcome you back to the Hilltop for Reunion Weekend, November 1-4, 2018. Take note of this important information prior to your arrival. What do I need to know about my Class of 1983 reunion party on Friday night at d.e.c. on Dragon? d.e.c. on Dragon 1414 Dragon Street * Dallas, Texas 75207 8:30 - 11:00 p.m. Heavy appetizers, two drink tickets and full cash bar * casual attire * DJ * Valet parking is available in front of venue, or consider shared-ride options Registered prior to October 29? Simply give your name at the on-site check-in table. We will distribute your pre-printed name tags. No registration prior to October 30? Visit smu.edu/classparty to purchase a ticket for your class party. Show your confirmation page at the on-site check-in table. We will provide blank name tags for you. Step in and enjoy the party. Walk-ups: Please use smu.edu/classparty to register and pay prior to your arrival. We will also accept cash and checks on-site after you complete a short registration form. Where do I park for campus activities? Saturday game day – Complimentary parking is available at Mockingbird Station (5665 East Mockingbird Lane) east of North Central Expressway with shuttle service to campus. Cash lots also are available on campus. Where do I pick up my reunion name tags? Reunion nametags will be available on Friday, November 2, at your Friday night undergraduate class party. Where are Saturday’s reunion tents located? Reunion Village on the Boulevard is located on the Clements Hall lawn, near Hughes-Trigg Student Center. Join us for game day food and beverage, children’s activities and more! Simply check in at the front tables. Please note TABC rules require you to present your photo ID to TABC staff in order to acquire a wristband before consuming alcohol on the Boulevard. Where are my seats at the football game? Your pre-purchased football tickets you may pick them up at the Will Call office on the north side of the football stadium. If you have not purchased football tickets, please visit smu.edu/reuniongame. Please note game day policies regarding bags and purses inside Ford Stadium: All bags must be clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and may not exceed 12x6x12 inches. Bags may be one-gallon clear plastic freezer bags. Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a person's hand, are permitted. Any bags that do not meet these guidelines are prohibited.
