This plan is a part of the State of California Emergency Alert System Plan, which replaced Emergency Broadcast System plans and procedures. This Plan consists of a cover page, an introduction & statement and Communications Operation Orders COO#1-COO#7. Additionally, the COO’s are followed by the signature page and a revision log page. Amendments, when signed by the LECC, and approved by the SECC, are incorporated herein by reference thereto. The operational date of this plan is the date it is approved and signed by the SECC Chair.
