Michael Tucker, CEO and Anthony Worden, President & COO of Greenfield Cooperative Bank and its parent company, Greenfield Bancorp, MHC announced today that the following actions were taken at the Company’s 116th Annual Meeting held in Northampton, MA on Tuesday, June 15, 2021. The following individuals were elected to terms as new Corporators of Greenfield Bancorp, MHC: • Adam Robinson is a certified financial planner at Ostberg & Associates in Northampton and is a graduate of UMass Amherst, Isenberg School of Management. He resides in Easthampton with his family. • Catherine Coleman is a retired NASA . She is a graduate of UMass Amherst and Institute of Technology. She resides in Shelburne Falls. • Colleen Bugbee is retired Senior Vice President & Treasurer of Greenfield Cooperative Bank and its Northampton Cooperative Bank division. She is on the Board at Lathrop Home in Northampton and is an accounting expert. She resides in Feeding Hills • Gregory Schmidt is an attorney at Doherty, Wallace, Pillsbury & Murphy, P.C. in Northampton and Springfield. He is a graduate of Boston College and Suffolk University Law School. He resides in Southampton. • Marc Murphy is a co-owner of Patriot Property Group and Lock & Key Realty, Inc. in West Springfield. He is a graduate of Western New England College and resides in East Longmeadow. • Timothy Grader is president of Cohn & Company in Greenfield and Holyoke Property Management, LLC in Holyoke. He is also a freelance consultant. He resides in Holyoke.

The following incumbents were re-elected as Corporators of Greenfield Bancorp, MHC • Eugene L’Etoile of Northfield, MA • Kevin O’Neil of Greenfield, MA

The following individual was elected to a three year term as a Director of the Bank and Greenfield Bancorp, MHC:

• Anthony Worden is currently President & COO of Greenfield Cooperative Bank. He is a graduate of ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Pennsylvania and UMass Amherst, Isenberg School of Management. He resides in Greenfield.
