Summer 2011 Governor McDonnell Signs Legislation to Increase Members Enjoy Tourism and Business Development Summer Outings n May 25 at the Virginia Beach Convention Center, Governor Bob OMcDonnell signed the second part of his “Opportunity at Work” leg islative package.
