  • Star Wars: Jedi Apprentice 18: the Threat Within
Star Wars Jedi Apprentice 18 THE THREAT WITHIN By Jude Watson CHAPTER 1 Obi-Wan Kenobi stood perfectly still. He sensed no movement in the darkened room, yet his muscles were tensed, ready for attack. The only light came from the glowing blue blade of his lightsaber. The only discernible sounds were the hum of the blade and the Jedi's almost undetectable breathing. Obi-Wan had been standing in the same position, balanced on a thin rail, for nearly an hour. Still, he waited. Suddenly Qui-Gon's voice penetrated the silence, breaking Obi-Wan's concentration. A message from his Master over the comlink was not what Obi- Wan had expected. Momentarily distracted, he almost missed the stealth- training probe moving rapidly toward his head. That was what he had been waiting for. Obi-Wan turned awkwardly on the slim rail and sliced the probe out of the air. Leaping high to another unseen rail, he knocked out two more probes. A moment later the lights in the room came on and the young Jedi deactivated his lightsaber. Obi-Wan shook his head. The exercise was complete, but the seventeen- year-old Jedi was not pleased with his performance. "Yes, Master," Obi-Wan replied to Qui-Gon over the comlink. "We've been summoned by the Council. Meet me there." "Of course," Obi-Wan replied. Hope sprang within him. Perhaps the Council had at last summoned them for a mission. Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon had spent the last two months at the Temple. It was always a relief to come home when a mission was complete, but Obi-Wan did not like to stay too long.

Here, you‘ll find the answer to that query. This file, the Appendices, features numerous small sections, featuring topics ranging from G-Canon, T-Canon, and Apocryphal (N-Canon) timelines, a release timeline for ―real world‖ Star Wars materials, information relating to the Star Wars Timeline Project‘s growth, and more. This was the fourth file created for the Star Wars Timeline Gold. The project originally began as the primary document with the Official Continuity Timeline, then later spawned a Fan Fiction Supplement (now discontinued) and an Apocrypha Supplement (now merged into this file). The Appendices came next, but with its wide array of different features, it has survived to stand on its own alongside the primary document and continues to do so alongside the newer Clone Wars Supplement. I hope you find your time spent reading through it well spent.

  • Star Wars Legends Timeline
STAR WARS LEGENDS TIMELINE www.swbooks.net/legends Introduction: Ever since Marvel Comics and the LA Times published their continuing adventures of Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, Princess Leia, Chewbacca, C-3P0, R2-D2 and Darth Vader in a galaxy far, far away hundreds of writers and artists expanded the original galaxy created by George Lucas. And it wasn’t just new stories there were new characters, new planets, new vehicles, new weapons and new technologies. By 2014 there were over 700 published novels, comics and short stories. This was truly an “Expanded Universe”. However in April 2014, with the knowledge that the new Sequel Trilogy was not beholden to events created in the Expanded Universe, Lucasfilm announced that, going forward, everything in the Star Wars Expanded Universe would be rebranded Star Wars Legends and a new canonical universe would be created. This meant that events within a Legends story may or may not have happened. Contents: Notes regarding this timeline 2 Legends from Before the Republic 4 Legends from The Old Republic 5 Legends from Rise of the Empire 8 Legends from The Clone Wars 12 Legends from The Dark Times 16 Legends from The Rebellion 19 Legends from The New Republic 25 Legends from The New Jedi Order 29 Legends from Legacy of the Force 31 1 Notes regarding this timeline: 1. • Star Wars: Jedi Apprentice 13: the Dangerous Rescue
Star Wars Jedi Apprentice 13 THE DANGEROUS RESCUE By Jude Watson CHAPTER 1 Obi-Wan Kenobi heard the door slide shut behind him. The locking system clicked and whirred. He stopped short as a wave of helplessness overwhelmed him. "No," he said. His companion, Astri Oddo, turned. "What is it?" Obi-Wan faced the closed door with despair. "I can't leave him." "But he ordered you to go." Placing his hands against the door, Obi-Wan shook his head. "I can't. " Astri waited a moment. She did not move, but he felt her impatience. Her newly shaved head gleamed in the faint gray light. A heavy mist fell like rain and gathered in droplets on their skin. "Obi-Wan, we don't have time," she said. "I have to get to the Temple." Obi-Wan nodded, but still he could not move. Astri's father, Didi Oddo, was dying at the Jedi Temple. Astri carried the antitoxin that would save him. Astri had been a chef at her father's caf©, and she had bravely joined Obi-Wan in his bold plan to break into Jenna Zan Arbor's secret lab. They had succeeded in only part of their mission. They had retrieved the needed antitoxin. But Obi-Wan's Master, Qui-Gon Jinn, was still inside. Obi-Wan spun around and gazed quickly down the dark street, searching every shadow. "Where are Cholly, Weez, and Tup? They can arrange transport for you." "They're not here," Astri said, anger tightening her voice as she scanned the street.
