As UNIAN reported, Lutsenko told Hill.TV early in March 2019 that when he rst met with U.S. Ambassador Yovanovitch in Kyiv, she allegedly gave him a list of people who should not be prosecuted. Deputy Minister for the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine, Yuriy Hrymchak, has said hope remains that the Normandy Four summit will be held June 6, 2019.
