Reported stockouts of anthropometric measurement at Health facilities. Like weighting scale MAM service gap in district due to security issue. Still reported challenges in Suspension of weight for height admission criteria in relation of COVID-19 reported some eligible children through weight for weight admissions missed services in the rural communities. Partners (some) in Hiraan might soon face funding shortage to continue to implement nutrition should any emergency happen.  Access constrains reported in Jowhar due to the floods in Challenges

Unstable internet connection still affects generally the partners ability to attend the sub-cluster coordination meetings. A foreseeable challenge echoed by partners is the concern over the looming humanitarian situation in Berdale district as a result of the recent influx of IDPs. SAMA is withdrawing some sites as a result of lack of fund. Beneficiaries low turn up to the health facilities and this is mainly fear of contracting the virus Measles vaccines is out of stock in Tabta town There is an anticipated gap in Badhadhe due to the ending SHF project. This will affect the vulnerable community in the areas supported by the project. Challenges

In accessibility across the river , most of the villages are agro pastoralist and living along the river during the month of march and beginning of April the river was filled unto the brim thus making un accessible by the use of the locally made boats to reach on the other side of the community living river-bank Luuq is one the biggest district having many catchment villages some covered by EDRO and TROCAIRE leaving behind many villages with no access to health and nutrition Lack or insufficient supplies PPE and hand sanitizers at nutrition centers Displacements in Middle Shabelle by the floods. Achievements During Jan to March 2021 Nutrition cluster partners reached and reported in ONA system total of 6706 and 25,493 of SAM and MAM in OTP and TSFP Programs, respectively.  Nutrition cluster members submitted monthly 3W matrix to Somalia Nutrition cluster  With WFP support, SCI started TSFP/MCHN intervensiton in Galkacyo IDPs in April 2021. Buuhoodle district received Integrated Health and Nutrition services SHF fund via NODO and CARE partners and activities started in May 2021. IMAM TOT refresher training conducted for 25 Participants from Nutrition cluster members. Achievements More awareness & involvement of the local authorities & MoH regarding the attendance of the meetings & follow-up of APs. Despite the numerous challenges including but not limited minimum to lack of funds, presence of COVID-19 threats and upsurge of food insecurity in the state, the partners still continue to serve the communities with the minimum resources.  13 Health facilities in Sool and Sanaag resumed Nutrition services started from May 2021 with UNICEF support. HIRDA secured funding from SHF of integrated health/nutrition. Achievements HDC have received funding from SHF for nutrition in Elwak Organized call for meeting for Nutrition cluster member in Garowe with New chief of Nutrition. In this meeting discussed durable solutions for sustained high GAM rates in the IDPs. Proposed different initiatives. Partners in Beletweyn prepared for relocation of sites should need arises. Partners in Middle have shared the biweekly reports. But started to do rapid MUAC screening in the flood affected areas. Achievements IMC CHWs on the ground have already scaled up NHHP activities LLG have an active PD with CWW & working as consortium in nutrition health & WASH in Bardhere & Belet-Hawa CEDA , Trocaire and HDC implementing health and nutrition programs for short intermediate and long-term contracts WRRS secured SHF allocations in Dhobley to allow service continuation at the SC/OTPs. Most partners have supplies to take them in the next 3 month. CARE trained 20 PLWs on behavior changes on covid-19. IOM secured an extension to two health facilities in for two months May-June 2021.
