You can access most of the online resources from the Law Subject Guide: http://libguide.stir.ac.uk/law In particular an authoritative and comprehensive reference statement of Scots law can be found in 'Laws of Scotland' which is also known as the 'Stair Memorial Encyclopaedia' and is available onine in LexisLibrary or in print in the Library (level 3 law reference section JD 0.3 STA) The online version has many clickable links to cases.
