2020 Bartram Trail Pool Rules May – October (Dates subject to change for attendants and end of season)

Pool attendants will be at pool once the it opens from 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Sundays 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM Weekends only starting August 7th – September 27th- Saturday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM and Sunday 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Weekend hours are subject to change due to weather and attendance). Lights are on 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM – Adult swim is the last 10 min of every hour – everyone 18 and under needs to remain out of the pool at that time. (perfect time for a snack break) Security Cameras have been installed this year for the safety and security of residents due to vandalism etc. in the past.

Our Charter states that “Any noxious or offensive activity which in the reasonable determination of the Board tends to cause embarrassment, discomfort, annoyance, or nuisance to persons using the Common Area is prohibited.” The Pool is a family-oriented, community pool.

Alcoholic beverages (NO GLASS ALLOWED IN POOL ENCLOSURE) are permitted during community pool hours, by Resident Members and guests of legal age 21 years or older. Drinking shall NOT be permitted within the waters of the pool.

Pool Attendant Staff have been instructed to ask any person using vulgar language or showing signs of intoxication to leave the facilities. Violators who refuse to leave the premises are subject to suspension of all pool and clubhouse privileges. Authorities may be contacted. Our covenants support this.

Break is every hour for 10 minutes – Adult Swim - Only 18 and over allowed in the pool at this time. Please make sure your children exit the pool during this time. It’s a great time for a restroom break and snack. NO MORE than 3 guests per household. Swimwear should be appropriate for a family-oriented, community pool. NO street clothes for swimming. Ladies must wear a cover up and men must wear a and to the golf club house if you are ordering food for pick up.

Smoking, Chewing Tobacco and Vaping are not permitted inside the pool enclosure.

Don't forget little ones need swim - Non-potty trained children must wear a swim . Plastic/vinyl pants with elastic legs is required if using a disposable swim diaper. Both of those items must be under a . You can purchase a plastic pant from the pool attendant if you or your guest do not have one for a small cost.

Please DO NOT open the gate for anyone who does not have a pool key or a key that is not working. They may not be a resident, or they may not be in good standing. (unpaid dues/ unpaid fines) All pool keys were deactivated to keep those that are not residents from gaining access to the pool and to monitor those not in good standing. Pool attendant can ask you to leave if you do not have a pool key. (jumping the fence is not allowed)

Do not pull on the gate trying to force the gate open or stand on the gate. Please do not prop open the gate for any extended length of time.

No children under the age of 14 are allowed in the pavilion and pool area without a parent or guardian age sixteen (16) or older escort.

Close when you leave and any left open if you are the last one leaving the pool. Please pick up your trash etc. when leaving the pool.

Since we open and close the pool before attendants start, please help remove trash when needed and help with turning off the restroom lights. It’s your pool too so please help since no one is doing this daily.

Please don’t make it uncomfortable for you or our attendants by not following the rules. Our pool attendants are here to make our pool enjoyable for all residents. If you are disrespectful and repeatedly break the rules your pool privileges will be revoked for the pool season. Just a reminder that pool attendants are not lifeguards.
