In collaboration, Oneida Healthcare, the YMCA of the Greater Tri-Valley and in partnership with Madison County Department of Health and local physicians, are offering Fit Kids of Madison County, a proactive wellness program for youth and their families in need of health, nutrition & fitness education services.

Pre-Team is a 7 week program, running Monday, Wednesday & Friday evenings. Lead by Personal Trainers, Certi- fied Behavior Health Coaches and Certified Nutritionists. All participants must be between the ages of 12-15 and referred by their primary physician. Requirement of a BMI at least 95%.

Cost is $20 per month for a Family Membership, all other costs are donated by Oneida Healthcare Foundation.
