• not transparent unknown Reviews, unknown Editor, unstated Conflicts of interest, unclear Methods, unavailable Data, unavailable Scripts, codes, parameters
• too expensive €10 Billion / 3 millions articles = €3000 / article extraordinary profit margin (30-40% for the 5 big publishers)
• vicious system turnover positively linked to the number of accepted articles
