1 3 HOURS OF JAPANESE LESSONS PER DAY At Kyoto JaLS you will have individualized support from our teaching staff. Our small class sizes (8 people maximum) make it easy to participate and ask questions. We provide the best environment to make great improvement in a short time! 2 2 CULTURAL LESSONS PER WEEK
We offer a full program of authentic cultural experiences including Japanese tea ceremonies, sushi making, flower arranging, calligraphy, and much more. * These costs are included in the course fee.
3 3 ACTIVITIES PER WEEK
After studying Japanese in the morning, you may participate in social activities in the afternoon. Kyoto offers many beautiful views in winter, and you will also be able to practice your Japanese through regular language exchange. * Activity costs are NOT included in the course fee.

The culture lessons, marked in orange, are included in the course fee. The costs of the social activities, marked in yellow, are not included in the course fee and will require a separate payment. All activities are offered at the best rates possible for JaLS students. They are also of high quality and offer good value for your money. As activities are very popular, we advise Week 1 that you sign up early.

Although some of these activities have an additional participation cost, we have endeavored to make them affordable by getting the most reasonable price possible for JaLS students. We do advise early registration to guarantee a place in popular activities!

At Kyoto JaLS, you can learn Japanese and participate to activities for as little as one week. Students participating for more than 4 weeks will receive a 10% discount, commencing at week 5. You can also join us for study on a regular course before or after the winter schedule and be eligible for discounted study. Please contact us for more information. Fee 32,700 JPY per week
