(the “Company”) will be held at the offices of Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP, 21st Floor, Scotia Plaza, 40 King Street West, Toronto, Ontario M5H 3C2 on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. (Toronto time), for the following purposes: (a) to receive and consider the audited consolidated financial statements of the Company for the fiscal period ended December 31, 2017 and the report of the auditors thereon; (b) to elect the directors of the Company; (c) to appoint the auditors of the Company and to authorize the directors of the Company to fix their remuneration; and (d) to transact such other business as may properly come before the Meeting or any adjournments thereof.
