Three Chamberlain Square’s design pays homage to Birmingham’s historic Queens College Chambers , Paradise Street - Civic Gothic revival terracotta architecture while enhancing the architectural language that is manifesting in this part of the city as Paradise comes to life.

6.3 Proportion

All are distinctively different buildings, both in terms of use and architectural style, however there was some commonality, the most significant being proportion. The colonnades on all three buildings are set out at between 3 – 3.8m centres; utilsiing columns that are vertically expressed, with all horizontal spandrels recessed or visual broken through their detail.
