Fondé en 1998, le Musée des arts islamiques de Malaisie est un mélange attrayant d’architecture moderne et de design islamique traditionnel. Cette imposante structure blanche étincelante se trouve juste à côté de la Mosquée nationale et derrière le bâtiment administratif de Malayan by Chongkian Railways. The National Art Gallery "Works of Local Talents"

Since its establishment in 1958, the gallery shifted thrice before it finally settled into its own purpose-built premises. Located in the beautiful neighborhood of Lake Titiwangsa, it exhibits work by Malaysian artists. The building's unique structure, combining a blend of slate, tinted glass and a striking metallic roof, houses five galleries including a creative by Gryffindor gallery and workshop, a resource center, an auditorium and the gallery's administrative center. Its collection now numbers over 2,500 pieces. The gallery holds a variety of exhibitions and educational programs. It also organizes traveling exhibitions of Malaysian artists.

Taman Tasik Perdana Lake Gardens "Nature's Paradise"

A serene sanctum nestled in the heart of the city, this garden ensemble dates to as far back as the colonial times when they were used as a hideaway by those who wanted to get away from the din of the city. The brainchild of Alfred Venning, the British State Treasurer in the 1880s, this by Phalinn Ooi botanical garden is yet the city dweller's favorite rendezvous retreat. The park opened its doors in 1991, and has, since then, been a canvas of unabashed wilderness interweaved with pleasant bouts of idyll. Complete with a tapestry of sprawling green lawns, rolling hills, a jubilant fountain and vibrant patches of blooming flowers, the gardens are as much entrenched in botanical beauty as they are in recreational pleasure. Sprawling across acres and acres, these gardens shelter an array of fascinating sites like an orchid garden, a hibiscus garden, a deer park, and the teeming Kuala Lumpur Bird Park. The ornamental Perdana Lake forms the centerpiece of these gardens which is traversed by motley walking trails, trams and curious bicycles alike.

The National Museum is a palatial structure adopting the style of old Malay architecture. Its imposing entrance is flanked by murals depicting aspects of Malaysian culture and history. Inside there are exhibits on local history, culture and traditions, arts and crafts, economic activities, currency, weapons and local flora and fauna. Outside, old locomotives, by Gryffindor vintage cars and other relics of transport from days gone by can be found. Place de l'Indépendance "Place historique"

La place de l'Indépendance (Dataran Merdeka) était autrefois un point central et un terrain de cricket pour la puissance coloniale britannique présente en Malaisie. Les structures qui la bordent ressemblent à l’environnement physique de la terre native des colons. Situé à un coin de la place, vous verrez le Club de style Tudor. C’est sur cette place by Haakon S. Krohn qu’en 1957, l’Union Jack fut baissé et le drapeau de la Malaisie hissé, marquant l’indépendance du pays en tant que nation. Un mât de 95 mètres de hauteur, l’un des plus hauts du monde, signale cet endroit.

National Science Centre "Interactive Science Exhibits"

Experience a scientific journey within this huge green dome-shaped building. The center features many exciting hands-on interactive science exhibits, which are divided into nine different galleries. The journey into this futuristic four-storey complex begins with a walk through an overhead tropical freshwater aquarium, followed by the Environmental Odyssey by Conny Sandland unravellings the threats faced by our tropical environment. Children will find delight in the Children's Exploration Center. Among other facilities are a multimedia library, auditoriums, a cafeteria and a Science Shop.

"Cave Gallery"

Located at the foot of the 272-step staircase of , this gallery features clay figurines and wall paintings depicting scenes and figures from Hindu mythology. The bright and garish colored sculptures of the Indian deities and scenes bring some light to the otherwise dark but fascinating gallery cave. Access to this cave is via a concrete walkway by Christophe Repiso on spanning a small lake. After browsing through the gallery, climb the high Unsplash and steep staircase to the famous Batu Caves of Malaysia.

Sunway Lagoon Theme Park "World of Thrills & Adventures"

Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Mosque "Marvel of Malaysia"

One of the largest mosques in Southeast Asia, this impressive building is frequently referred to as "The Blue Mosque." It is huge and magnificent, with an enormous dark blue dome and four majestic minarets that soar over Selangor's picturesque skyline from an impressive elevation of 466.8 by Leliqi feet (142.28 meters). Decorative Islamic calligraphy enhances the dome and the main prayer hall, while the overall architecture integrates ethnic Malay design elements and Modernist patterns. The mosque is adjoined by a small yet beautiful lake, which makes it a particularly serene setting, especially at sunset. The mosque's highly-intricate decorative Khat calligraphy can be best witnessed near its elaborate doorways, walls and windows. Visitors are expected to dress according to the Islamic dress code.
