CERTIFIED LIST OF VOTERS AND APPROVED LIST OF VOTERS FOR THE 2019 FEDERAL ELECTION

I certify for the purposes of section 208 of the Commonwealth Electoral Act 1918 (the ‘Electoral Act’) that

(a) each person named in the attached list: (i) is on the Roll for the Division of Swan (‘the Division’), (ii) will be at least 18 years old on Saturday, 18 May 2019, and (iii) is not serving a sentence of imprisonment of 3 years or longer, that is to be used as the certified list for the purposes of the 2019 Federal Election (the election to be held on 18 May 2019) (the ‘Certified List’); and

(b) the list includes the sex and date of birth of each person whose name is included in the list.

I direct that a copy of the Certified List be delivered to:

(a) the presiding officer at each polling place, before the start of voting; and

(b) each place at which pre-poll ordinary voting for the federal election is, under section 200DD (but disregarding subsection 200DD(4)) of the Electoral Act, available to voters enrolled for the Division.

I approve for the purposes of section 208A of the Electoral Act the electronic form of this list for use in connection with voting under the Electoral Act in the federal election (the Approved List).
