Dave Seaman, a village trustee since 1984 is taking over for Zabrocki. “It’s going to be an impossible act to follow,” said Seaman. During his tenure, Zabrocki saw the village through rapid growth, his vision to bring the Tinley Park Convention Center to the Chicago Southland started as forward thinking and became reality in 2000.
