Alwar: The district police have detained a man, identi- fied as Bharatlal Meena, 50, a resident of Alwar for alleged- ly sending obscene SMSes, al- so containing threats to Jhunjhunu MP Santosh Ah- lawat. Man files case against Hindustan Zinc officials

Udaipur: A man from Gujarat has lodged a case of fraud against top officers of Hindustan Zinc Ltd for breach of agreement. Govind Suthar,, a Vadodara resident, has filed a case of fraud against CEO, Akhilesh Joshi, chair- man, Agnivesh Agrawal, COO, Su- nil Duggal and CFO, Amitabh Gup- ta for breach of tender agreement. The company had called in for ten- der in January 2012 for construc- tion worth Rs 60 lakh and Suthar bagged the bid. Suthar held in his complaint that the company had breached the contract by giving the remaining work order to an- other firm, causing him a loss of around Rs 14 lakh. TNN
