I am also requesting if you can break the data down by street/address and the number of times a burglary has occurred at the street over that period of time. eg … etc. Please see attached Excel spreadsheet for data by street. Please note that information regarding addresses will not be released because an address constitutes Personal Information. Personal Information is exempt under Section 40 (2) of the Freedom of Information Act as it would be a breach of the Data Protection Act. Therefore, in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000, this letter acts as a Refusal Notice under section 17 (1) of the legislation. I am also requesting if you are able to break down the totals at the addresses by year. Please see answer above. A - Introduction / Background / Issues The Preferred Strategy is a vital stage in the long journey to prepare the Local Development Plan (LDP) with Gwynedd. The Strategy has been drawn-up following a number of opportunities for full participation by Ynys Mon Councillors At this stage the Council is being asked to adopt the Strategy for the purposes of public consultation. Views expressed during the public consultation period will help inform the preparation of a more detailed plan called the Deposit Plan which will set out the strategy, including strategic policies, as well as detailed planning policies. The Deposit Plan is due to be considered by Council later on in 2013. Introduction The Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 requires the Council to prepare a Local Development Plan (LDP) for the development and use of land over the plan period and its policies to implement them. The Welsh Ministers, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by section 14(1) and (4) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984(1) and of all other enabling powers(2), make this Order. Title, Interpretation and Commencement 1.
