Hanover Lure Coursing Procedures

We will follow State and local guidelines.

1. All Field Committee and Lure Operators will wear facial coverings and gloves. 2. All participants will wear facial coverings. 3. No food will be served, bring your own breakfast and lunches. Sorry!!! Please bring your own food, water and shade for yourself and your dogs. None will be available at this time. 4. We ask that you park at a safe distance away from each other. 5. Roll Call will be done at everyone's car, instead at the pavilion. The roll call committee will wear gloves and facial coverings. We will ask the owners of females to wipe their dogs and show the inspection committee the tissue. 6. Wickets will be wiped down after each dog. 7. We will have hand washing stations or instant hand sanitizer and wet wipes everywhere. 8. We will prop open the porty pots when not in use for more air flow to cut down on bacteria. 9. Huntmasters will stand 6 feet from the dogs after inspecting blankets and slip leads. 10. At the starting line, all dogs will stand 6 feet apart. 11. Practice social distancing the best you can. I know we all have been cooped up but act responsibly!! 12. Please be aware of the running orders will be posted as usual, if needed, we will use a bull horn to notify you if you choose to stay by your car. 13. We will also post running orders and scores on our Facebook page. 14. No self-serve ribbons anymore due to cross contamination.
